Internship and Placement Programme
Renoma, a company specialising in the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage – both movable and immovable – offers the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience. Our internship and placement programme is aimed at students, graduates and heritage enthusiasts who are keen to expand their knowledge and develop practical skills in working with historic buildings, monuments and artefacts.
What We Offer
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to prestigious conservation projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
A dedicated mentor will support each intern in developing their skills and competencies, tailoring the learning experience to their needs and interests.
Interns will be involved in every stage of a conservation project – from research and project documentation to hands-on implementation and final reporting.
Interns will learn contemporary conservation techniques and become familiar with the tools and technologies used in heritage preservation.
Top-performing interns may be offered the opportunity of permanent employment within our team.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about cultural heritage, art history, the arts, architecture, and traditional craft or construction techniques
- Are currently studying or have completed studies in conservation and restoration of works of art, cultural heritage protection, architecture, art history or related fields
- Possess a basic understanding of conservation, restoration or building techniques
- Are responsible, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a teamEnglish
