    • Response to the question “Why do you want to join our internship programme?” (max. 1500 characters)
    • Attached CV, portfolio or other files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, ZIP, RAR up to 25 MB)

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, on the bases specified under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679):

  1. Responding to Enquiries (Contact Form)
    • Purpose: to reply to your message and, if necessary, continue the correspondence
    • Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking action at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing a response)
  2. Recruitment (Recruitment and Internship Forms)
    • Purpose: to conduct recruitment for specific projects or positions and, if you provide separate consent, to store your CV for future recruitments
    • Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, if you have given it) and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract if the recruitment leads to employment)
  3. Marketing (After Obtaining Consent)
    • Purpose: sending marketing information, newsletters, etc.
    • Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)

4. Data Retention Period

Data Retention Period We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or comply with legal obligations:

  • Contact Form: data are processed for the time needed to respond to your message and any subsequent correspondence
  • Recruitment:
    • for the duration of the recruitment process and up to 6 months after it ends, if you consent to participate in future recruitment processes
    • in other cases (where no additional consent is given) – for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted without undue delay once it ends
  • Marketing: until you withdraw your consent

  • Entities authorised under the law (e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies) – only where this is required by and in accordance with applicable regulations
